If you have received a new computer in your office you should contact the Help Desk to have the computer setup.
In order to connect to the internet in campus buildings (except
Residence Halls, Family Housing and Wireless) you must register your
machine's network card's MAC (physical) address in the BootP server.
Contact the help desk at 2910 to start the process.
To find your NIC/Ethernet address please choose your Operating System:

Activation and/or Installation Request
Have an existing LAN jack activated or new jack installed. Note: there
is a charge for new jack installations.
All systems normal.
