If you would like a new network jack installed or have an existing jack that is not active or not functioning, please contact the OIT Help Desk at x2910 and we will get the process started for you.
Good information to collect ahead of time includes:
• Primary contact information (phone, email, department)
• room number
• the location in the room in which the jack is located or you would like it to be located

All systems normal.
