Imagenow Account Request



ISU requires a signed FERPA agreement on file before ImageNow access will be granted. A printable version of the FERPA form can be found on the Registrar's website at the following link (FERPA).

If you do not have a signed FERPA on file please print and sign a copy then mail/deliver the signed version to Office of Registration and Records.

Please use the form below to request access to see documents stored in ImageNow. When you submit the form, copies of the request will be sent to the requestor's email address and to the ImageNow Department Administrator in each user area. You will be notified by the appropriate user area once your request has been approved and when your account has been created.

All fields in the Employee Information section are required. Additionally, you must select at least one department in the Access Request Information section.
