If you would like a new phone jack installed or have an existing jack that is not active or not functioning, please contact Telecommunications using their self-service web site at http://PCR360.INDSTATE.EDU. You may also email your request to tlchelp@indstate.edu or call x8000 and we will get the process started for you.
Good information to collect ahead of time includes:
• Primary contact information (phone, email, department)
• room number
• the location in the room in which the jack is located or you would like it to be located
Network
The wireless environment may experience a brief interruption in service of less than 5 seconds. User may experience a drop in connection and should immediately reconnect. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
