If you would like a new phone jack installed or have an existing jack that is not active or not functioning, please contact the Telco at x8000 or tlchelp@indstate.edu and we will get the process started for you.
Good information to collect ahead of time includes:
• Primary contact information (phone, email, department)
• room number
• the location in the room in which the jack is located or you would like it to be located

All systems normal.
