Student Computer Support Center (SCSC) provides friendly walk-in computer support for currently-registered students. SCSC assists users with password issues, network connectivity issues, virus/malware resolution (including reformatting and setup), software updates, software installation, DMCA violation resolution, student print balance payment processing, and general information Room 009

Student Technology Support in the Library is a branch of the Instructional Tools Support area. The staff is able to assist students with problems that involve how to use software. Will also look at malfunctioning computers for a quick fix, or referral to the Student Computer Support Center.   Fall & Spring

HMSU Kiosk is a branch of the SCSC and provides friendly walk-in computer support for currently-registered students.   Fall & Spring

The Help Desk Call Center is the quickest and easiest way to get help from the Office of Information Technology. Many issues can be handled over phone, and those that cannot will quickly be routed to the appropriate resource. 237-2910
