Blackboard/Web Based Learning/Distance Education
Blackboard Test/Quiz Lock Up
If you are having issues with a test or quiz on Blackboard you will have to contact x7000 and let them know the trouble you are having so they can reset the test or quiz before you may attempt it again.
Some things you can try to prevent this from happening in the future are:
- Make sure your computer has all its updates.
- Make sure you shut down all non-essential software while taking your test or quiz (ie. other browser windows, iTunes, etc).
- Use only the buttons in the browser window to navigate the test or quiz and NOT the Back button on the browser itself.

The wireless environment may experience a brief interruption in service of less than 5 seconds. User may experience a drop in connection and should immediately reconnect. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
