Connecting to "ISU-OIT-WPA" on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
Use iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad to access "ISU-OIT-WPA," a secure wireless network that is accessible throughout campus.
Before You Begin
For best results, please update your iPhone or iPod Touch to the latest version. For more information, refer to Apple's support article, iTunes: Backing up, updating, and restoring iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software.
These instructions require you to be within range of "ISU-OIT-WPA".
Connect to "ISU-OIT-WPA" with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
To connect to "ISU-OIT-WPA" with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad do the following:
You are now connected to "ISU-OIT-WPA". From now on, iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad will automatically connect to "ISU-OIT-WPA" when Wi-Fi is turned on and you are within range of "ISU-OIT-WPA."
Manually Configure "ISU-OIT-WPA" on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
On rare occasions, iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad cannot automatically connect to the ISU wireless network. In such cases, try resetting the device and then manually configuring "ISU-OIT-WPA" as a WPA2 Enterprise wireless network.
To manually configure "ISU-OIT-WPA" on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad do the following:
You are now connected to "ISU-OIT-WPA". From now on, your device will automatically connect to " ISU-OIT-WPA " when Wi-Fi is turned on and you are within range of " ISU-OIT-WPA."
Your Android must be Wi-Fi capable and running OS 2.1 or later in order to connect to ISU Wi-Fi.
NOTE: Due to variations in Android devices, not every Android-based device will work in the same way, therefore OIT cannot guarantee every device can be made to work.
