File Restores
Requests for file restores should be directed to the Help Desk at extension 2910.
You should have the following information ready.

The telephone number where you can be reached.
- The name of file or directory to be restored.
- The date the file was last known to be good.
- The complete path of the file including server and volume name. For example: (amber\vol1:\public\example\example.xls)
- The location that you want the file restored to.
