Anyone or group may check out audio visual equipment for class, department use or university special event. Equipment for university use is free of charge. Student organizations can check out equipment for their events, but they have to pick up and return equipment to Educational Technology Services. There is no charge for this service. Non-university use of equipment is available through a rental program. Rental rates, set up charges, and operator fees are available by contacting Educational Technology Services. All equipment is limited in quantity and is available on a first come, first served basis. A 24 hour minimum advance reservation is required. Loan periods vary with the needs of the user and level of requests. University use of equipment supersedes non-university rental use even when non-university rental use has been reserved. User assumes full replacement cost or repair cost in the event of loss or damage.
