The Computer Support Center is a fee-based carry-in software support service for Indiana State students. The Computer
Support Center is located in the Student Computing Complex, room 127.
It can be reached at extension 8800.
The Computer Support Center can help with:
Software and operating system issues such as:
Installation
Conflicts
Network setup or resolution of software connectivity problems
The Computer Support Center cannot help with:
Hardware problems of any kind, with the exception of Lenovo IBM
Laptops.
To receive service, bring the following items with you:
Computer
Power cord (if laptop)
Original software media and software keys
(CDs or floppies)
Student ID
CSC/Walk-in Help Desk
Fall and Spring Semesters
Monday - Thursday
7:30am - 12:00am
Friday
7:30am - 4:30pm
Saturday
8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday
3:00pm - 7:00pm
