Right Click(use the right side button on the mouse), on the upgrade link.

You should get a menu that looks something like this Select the item that says: "Save Link As" or something similar.

Click the small arrow next to "Save In" and Select "Desktop", then click the "Save" button.

After the file downloads, look for a new icon on your desktop that is named the same as the link above and double click on the icon.

Check the box that says: Overwrite files without prompting Click on the "Unzip" button. Click on the "OK" button when finished. Click on "Close" to close the Winzip window.
