Account Request

To use ImageNow, you will first need a valid Sycamore Logon ID. Then you will need to request access from the department owning the documents you need to view. The departments currently using ImageNow are:

Once you submit your access request the following steps will occur:

  1. The request will be sent to the appropriate user office(s) to be reviewed.
  2. The user office(s) will contact you with either an approval or denial of access.
  3. If approved the approving user office will contact OIT to have access setup for your ID. Once your access has been setup you will receive an email from the user office stating your access has been completed . The email will include instructions on how to access the ImageNow application, links to the tutorials for the application, and who to call if you have questions.
