Blackboard Course Site Delete Form

To request a Blackboard course site deletion, please complete the form below.

Please Note: Each course deletion is final and cannot be recovered.

Log onto Blackboard, click on the Courses tab and enter the following information for each Blackboard course site you wish to have deleted. Please archive your course sites using the instructions on the CIRT website. Please select Y (Primary Instructor) if you are the primary instructor for the course site. Select Y (Remove as Instructor) if you only want to be removed as an instructor in the course site. A Primary Instructor can delete an instructor from their course by providing the name of the instructor (Delete Instructor from Course).
