Blackboard Multiple Sections/Crosslisted Course Population Request Form

To request multiple sections of Blackboard course sites be merged into one presentation course site, please complete the form below.

Please Note: You may have to fill out the form multiple times depending on the number of sections you wish to merge into one presentation site.

Updating BANNER for Blackboard Multiple Sections

Log onto MyISU, click on the Faculty tab and then click on Internet Course Delivery Designation in the Faculty Quick Links channel. Select a term and click on Submit. For each course that you wish to present in Blackboard, click on the drop down box and select Blackboard and then click on Submit.

Enter the Registrar's five-digit code (i.e. 50327) for the course that will be used for the presentation site. This is the course site where students from all other courses being merged with this presentation site will be enrolled. (i.e. the course set for blackboard in banner):

Enter the Registrar's five-digit code (i.e. 50123) for the courses to be merged with the presentation site. Do not include the presentation site, enter only unique course numbers:
