    Q. How do you make a course available to Students?
    A. All courses must be designated as Blackboard delivery in Banner. To set the delivery flag you must:
            1. Login to the portal (myisu.indstate.edu)
            2. Click on the Faculty tab
            3. Click the link Instructions to Activate a Blackboard Course Site in Blackboard Information and
                follow the steps.
