File Restores

Requests for file restores should be directed to the Help Desk at extension 2910.

You should have the following information ready.

  • The telephone number where you can be reached.
  • The name of file or directory to be restored.
  • The date the file was last known to be good.
  • The complete path of the file including server and volume name.
    For example: (amber\vol1:\public\example\example.xls)
  • The location that you want the file restored to.
