Dell Complete Care Accidental Damage Service covers repair and replacement for various accidental damage, not covered under the limited warranty. Dell Complete Care Service excludes theft. loss and damage due to fire, flood, or other acts of nature, or intentional damage.

System must still be under manufacturer's warranty for FREE repair service. In some cases laptop may have to be sent into the manufacturer for service.
