COMPUTER SUPPORT CENTER


OIT Student Technology Support Center

The Computer Support Center is a fee-based carry-in software support service for Indiana State students. The Computer Support Center is located in the Student Computing Complex, room 127. It can be reached at extension 8800.


The Computer Support Center can help with:

Software and operating system issues such as:

  • Installation
  • Conflicts
  • Network setup or resolution of software connectivity problems

The Computer Support Center cannot help with:

  • Hardware problems of any kind, except Lenovo and Dell laptops that are in warranty.

To receive service, bring the following items with you:

  • Computer
  • Power cord (if laptop)
  • Original software media and software keys
    (CDs or floppies)
  • Student ID

3:00pm - 9:00pm
