Existing Cable tv Repair or Activation Requests

To request repair or activation of an existing cable TV connection, please fill out the CableTV/Time Warner Cable Request Form and FAX it to Felicia Johnson at 1-513-605-6707 at Time Warner Cable (TWC).  The department making the request needs to fill out the portions of the form that are in RED.

New Cable Installations or Residence hall issues

To request the installation of a new cable TV connection, please call the Help Desk at x2910.
