How to Block an E-mail Address in MyMail

If you receive an e-mail message from someone you wish to block, simply click on the "Block Address" link next to the address on the "From" line.

You'll receive the following message letting you know that you've finished. Click Ok.

How to Block an E-mail address in MyMail manually

CClick on the E-mail icon in the upper right hand corner of the MyISU Portal. The MyISU E-mail center will open up in another window.

Click on the Tab labeled Options.

Choose the "Block Addresses" link.

Type in the Address you wish to block on the "Address to be Blocked" line and then click "Block Address".

It should appear on the right hand side after. Now the address is blocked.

How to Unblock an E-mail address

To Block an E-mail address in MyMail manually please log into the MyISU Portal.

Click on the E-mail Icon in the upper right hand corner of the MyISU Portal. The MyISU E-mail center will open up in another window.

Click on the Tab labeled Options.

Choose the "Block Addresses" link.

Select the address you wish to remove and click the Remove button. The address is no longer blocked.
