Register your new machine or network card in the BOOTP table.

BootP Registration is only required for ISU Campus Buildings aside from the Residence Halls and University Apartments. If you are in one of these buildings you will need to register with Cisco Clean Access.

Please help us help you. If you have recently acquired a new computer or a new Ethernet network interface card for an existing computer, use this form to give us your most current information. Fill in the fields giving the requested new information. All fields are required and must be filled in so that we can register the information in the Bootp table. This is necessary for you to use Internet applications such as Netscape, Internet Explorer, Telnet, FTP, etc.

Once the form is completed with the appropriate information, click the Submit Form button to send the information to the OIT Help Desk via email. This information will be updated within 48 business hours.
