Request for Activation of an Existing Lan Jack or Installation of a New One

Please help us help you. If you have an existing lan jack that is not active or not functioning or you need a new lan jack installed, please choose one of the steps below.

1. Call the help desk at 2910

2. Send an email to IT-HELP@indstate.edu describing the location of the jack.

3. Submit your own ticket at the Portal - Banner self service links.
