changing your sycamores password on an iphone/ipad

Whenever you change your password for Sycamores email account you MUST change it on any mobile device as well.  Failure to do so will cause your account to be locked due to too many bad password attempts.  Here is how you do it.  Click here to download a PDF version of these instructions.


1. Select the Settings app on your device.


2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars



3. Scroll down and change your password in the Incoming Mail Server settings



4. Select SMTP pod51010.outlook.com at the bottom of the screen.



5. Select pod51010.outlook.com under Primary Server.



6. Change password under Outgoing Mail Server and press Done to finish.
