changing your portal password on an iphone/ipad

Whenever you change your password in Portal you MUST change it on any mobile device as well.  Failure to do so will cause your account to be locked due to too many bad password attempts.  Here is how you do it.  Click here to download a PDF version of these instructions.


1. Select the Settings app on your device.


2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars



3. Select your ISU account.



4. Select Account at the top of the screen.



5. Enter your new Password and select Done.
