Cisco Clean Access Instructions

Follow the red and green highlights on the images below of screens you will encounter as the CCA software is installed.

NOTE: Some extra security screens will be seen if you have SP2 installed on your computer. Only the general installation screens are included in these instructions.

If you have any questions or problems, please call the Help Desk at 2910.

Click YES on the Security Alert window
Type in your Sycamore Login and Password on the CCA Authentication window.
Click the Download Clean Access Agent 3.5.2 button
Click YES on the Security Alert window
Click RUN on the File Download - Security Warning window
Wait until the status of completion window shows 100%
Click RUN on the Internet Explorer - Security Warning window
Click NEXT on the Clean Access Agent - InstallShield Wizard window
Wait as CCA configures the Windows installer on the InstallShield Wizard window
Click INSTALL when you see the Ready to Install the Program screen of the InstallShield Wizard
Wait while you watch the status of the CCA installation.
Click FINISH on the InstallShield Wizard Completed window
Type in your Sycamore Login and Password and click LOGIN

After you choose Login, you will need to follow the instructions on the screens that follow and install the necessary updates on your computer.
