Black and White printers can only print jobs sent to the "Student_BW" print queue.  Color printers can print jobs sent to either the "Student_Color" or "Student_BW" queues.  Any job sent to the "Student_BW" queue and printed from a color printer will print in black/white and will be charged the b/w printing rates.
