Curriculum
The Operations Management and Analysis major is a four-year program that
leads to the Bachelor of Science degree (minimum of 124 hours).
The OMA curriculum requires eight courses (24 credit hours) that expand
the knowledge gained in the business core curriculum. The five required
courses cover computer tools, advanced business statistics, decision
modeling, advanced operations management, and supply chain management.
Three elective courses are to be chosen from a list that includes courses
in forecasting, decision analysis, process simulation, and quality
management; the internship course; and closely related courses that fit an
individual student's curriculum.

MIS 376
or
BEIT 320, classes that teach advanced MS Office topics
OMA 405, advanced business statistics
OMA 435, decision modeling
OMA 445, advanced operations management
OMA 490, capstone course in supply chain management
Elective Classes for OMA Majors
Choose three OMA classes numbered 300 or above. In addition, one
class from a closely related area may be chosen with approval.
Students wishing to minor in OMA choose four classes
(12 credit hours) from OMA classes numbered 300 or above and MIS 376 or
BEIT 320.

Several OMA classes are offered as dual level undergraduate/graduate
courses.
