Student Organizations

In addition to college-wide student organizations, OMA students can participate in the student chapter of APICS. APICS, The Association for Operations Management, is a worldwide professional organization whose mission statement is "APICS is the global leader and premier provider of information and services in production and inventory management and related areas to enable members, enterprises, and individuals to add value to their business performance."

The Indiana State University student chapter is sponsored by the Central Indiana APICS Chapter in Indianapolis.  Membership is open to any interested student. Students have the opportunity to work with Central Indiana APICS members in both professional and social situations.

The OMA program also sponsors the academic honor society Alpha Iota Delta.
