Items to bring with you to Transfer New Student Orientation:
Official Final Transcripts from any previous institutions of higher education attended (in a sealed envelope)
These can be sent directly to the Office of Admissions from your high school before Orientation, too. Send them
at least two weeks prior to your orientation date. If unable to send this early, bring a copy with you, just in case.

We need official, signed copies from your doctor's office. Make copies of your records before coming to orientation
for safe keeping. These can also be sent in advance. See
www.indstate.edu/shc for details.
At Orientation, you will take your picture for your Student ID. You'll need your Student ID Number (991######), and a
photo ID (drivers license, school ID, or state ID)
