New Academic Year Pay Calendar Information - The new academic pay calendar was approved by the ISU Board of Trustees at their April 27, 2007 meeting and will be effective for the 2007-08 academic year. List of Departments on Support Staff Payroll Receiving Paper Pay Stubs - Beginning with the June 8, 2007 payroll, employees paid via direct deposit on the Support Staff Payroll will receive electronic pay stubs sent to their ISU designated email address. The Payroll Office will continue to provide paper pay for support staff employees who work in departments with limited computer access. This link lists those departments.

ISU Cellular Device Policy - The ISU Cellular Device Policy was approved the by ISU Board of Trustees at their September 22, 2006 meeting.

University Handbook - The University Handbook was updated in July of 2001 and is now available on the web. The University Handbook contains the policies that govern how employees are paid.

Human Resources Office - The Human Resources Office houses many of the pay authorization forms required to pay an employee. An increasing number of these forms are now available on the Human Resources web site.

Controller's Office - Payroll expenses to departmental accounts are tracked through the departmental accounting reports made available through the Office of the Controller.
