Tricia Rosenbalm
Childhood Development
Danville, Ind.

I thought it was a pretty fun ride for the most part. I got to get to know most of the group a little better. Even though I really didn't want to switch vans at first, it was a good idea. It's never a good thing to have cliques from the start. It's funny how even with such a small group cliques can develop. It's kind of cool how we're all so different, but we all get along pretty well, and I think we'll work well together.

My first impression of Jackson was that it didn't seem like a bad city. I mean, did you see the Wal-Mart?! But I guess every big city has it's ritzy parts. Then it was like all of the sudden we were in the slums. It's kinda crazy. So, I was expecting the mission to be like the rest of the neighborhood, and I was kind of worried. But Mission First is really nice considering. I'd really like to see the rest of it.
