Community Partner Award
The Indiana State University Community Partner Award is presented annually to one or more non-profit organizations, educational institutions, public agencies, or private/corporate organizations that have contributed to the experience of Indiana State University students through the development and sustenance of a lasting partnership. This award recognizes organizations that have impacted student learning and faculty teaching and scholarship by one or more of the following:
- Providing opportunities for students to engage in meaningful volunteerism to the community;
- Mentoring Indiana State University students in community-based learning experiences, including service-learning and internships;
- Participation in University-sponsored curriculum and program advisory committees or related initiatives; and/or
- Participation with ISU faculty and staff in
collaborative research and/or grant projects. Nominees and recipients
will be recognized at the Center for Public Service and Community
Engagement Banquet on March 2, 2010.

Nomination Requirements:
- A nomination form completed by an ISU student, staff, or faculty.
- A letter of nomination of no more than two pages in length that specifically addresses the above criteria.
