Nancy Brattain Rogers is the Director of the Center for Public Service and Community Engagement, and Professor in the Department of Recreation and Sport Management. She has been at Indiana State University since 1995 and with CPSCE since 2003. Nancy's husband, Don is a faculty member in the Department of Recreation and Sport Management. They have two children, Laura and Jonathan.

Heather Dalton Miklozek , Assistant Director for the CPSCE, has been with the CPSCE for 1 month in her role assisting faculty to incorporate Service-Learning in the classroom and Coordinating Alternative Spring Break. She has been at Indiana State for five years in a professional role through Residential Life and Student Activities and Organizations and as a student by receiving her BS in Recreation and Sports Management (1998) and MS in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana State (2002). Her husband, Frank Miklozek III and two daughters Isabel (2 1/2 years ) and Adelaide (1 year) reside in Riley, IN. She is looking forward to fostering community relations through the CPSCE and providing students and faculty classroom experiences that will benefit our community and the students overall classroom experience.

Andrew Conner joins ISU and CPSCE as the Director of Downtown Terre Haute, Inc. An Economic Developer, he has served with the Indiana Department of Commerce, and has completed professional training at the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife Jill live in northern Vigo County on his family farm with their 2 year old daughter, Isabelle. Andrew is active in numerous community organizations, is a deacon at Central Presbyterian Church, and is an amateur winemaker.

Debbie directs the AmeriCorps Sycamore Service Corps and M3C Programs and serves as the Volunteer Programs Coordinator. She received a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Development, an Associate Degree in General Studies, and has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Debbie began working at ISU in 1995 in Academic Affairs, then in Planning and Budgets prior to joining the Center for Public Service and Community Engagement. She is a life-long resident of Terre Haute and is a member of Leadership Terre Haute Class XXVI. She serves annually as a United Way Fund Distribution Panel Member and is actively involved in her church. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Donna Isbell, a lifelong resident of Vigo County, has been with Indiana State University since October of 2000. She started in the Division of Lifelong Learning. In The Center for Public Service and Community Engagement she supports Dr. Nancy Rogers. She enjoys spending time with her three grown children, grandson and traveling whenever possible.

Catherine 'Cat' Stemmans is a Faculty Fellow in the Center for Public Service and Community Engagement, and Associate Professor in the Athletic Training Department and Director of the Undergraduate Athletic Training Program. She has been at Indiana State University since 1998 and began her work with the CPSCE in August, 2008. This year Cat will be developing a comprehensive assessment plan for the CPSCE's programs. Cat is an active member of St Patrick's Catholic Church and enjoys cooking, entertaining, thoroughbred race horses, and college football in her spare time.
