Policies for Admission to Indoor Facilities

Identification

ISU Sycamore Picture ID Cards are required for admission to the Arena facilities during informal sport hours.

  1. Students, faculty, and staff must use their Sycamore picture ID card.


  2. ID Cards for Spouses and Children


    1. Spouses of students, faculty, and staff may purchase their own Sycamore picture ID card for admission. A valid marriage certificate may be requested for verification. There is a one-time charge of $15.00. The spouse or dependent must be 18 years of age or older.


    2. Children 16 through 19 years of age of students, faculty, and staff may purchase their Sycamore picture ID card for admission as a dependent. The child's valid drivers license must be presented at the time of purchase. There is a one-time charge of $15.00.


    3. Children, 19 years and under, of students, faculty, and staff may be admitted to the Arena facilities if sponsored and accompanied during the entire use period by their parent or spouse who has a valid Sycamore picture ID card. There is no admission charge for children of students, faculty, and staff.


  3. Non-university members who purchase a single membership and pay the annual, six month or monthly fee must obtain and use their own ISU Sycamore picture ID card for admission to the Arena facilities during informal sports hours. ***ISU Sycamore Picture ID Cards are non-transferable.


  4. One-Time User Pass. Anyone, 18 years and older, may purchase a one-time user pass at the Arena when the informal sports facilities are open. The $5.00 (cash only) fee is valid only the day of purchase. A driver's license with picture ID is required for purchase.


  5. Sponsored Guests. ISU students, faculty, and family 16 years and older, who have a valid ISU Sycamore picture ID card may sponsor a maximum of 3 people per visit to use the Informal Sports facilities in the Arena. Sponsors must purchase a non-refundable Sponsor Pass for each person ($5.00) and accompany the person(s) during the entire use period. The Sponsor Pass is valid for one admission and use only. The Sponsor Pass may be purchased the day of use.

Admission

Main Entrance
All users must show their valid ISU Sycamore picture ID card at the Recreational Sports ID check-in center at the main entrance of the Arena to gain admission during scheduled Informal Sports Program hours after 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday.

Recreation Stations
The supervisor at each recreation station will scan the Sycamore ID card and will return the ID card upon immediately. One-time user and sponsor passes must be submitted to the supervisor in the recreation stations. ID will be held while equipment is being used.
