Deadlines, Refund and Grading Policies Spring 2014


Late Registration

Contact your academic advisor for advisement and to obtain your advisement PIN.

The last day to late register is January 12, 2014. Instructor's signature is required only if the class is full.

A $30 late registration fee will be assessed if you process an initial registration January 6, 2014, through January 12, 2014. Late registration after January 12, 2014, will only be considered if there are extenuating circumstances and you have permission of the instructor, advisor, and academic dean; $100 late registration fee will be assessed.


Drop/Add

You will be charged a $10 drop/add fee for each completed transaction resulting in a schedule change from December 13, 2013, through January 12, 2014. A $30 drop/add fee will be charged for each transaction resulting in a schedule change beginning January 13, 2014.  Refunds will be given according to the refund schedule on this page.

The last day to add classes is January 12, 2014. Instructor's signatures are required only if the class is full.

Classes may be dropped from your schedule without signatures through March 23, 2014. Refunds will be given according to the schedule on this page. If you are dropping all your classes, you must follow the withdrawal instructions listed here.

     November 4 - March 23 Not Eligible for Grade
     March 24 or later W


Grade Definitions

  • Not Eligible for Grade - No grade assigned, not listed on transcript, not calculated in gpa.
  • DP - Dropped Passing - Listed on transcript, not calculated in gpa.
  • DF - Dropped Failing - Listed on transcript, not calculated in gpa.
  • W - Withdraw - Listed on transcript, not calculated in gpa.

Withdrawals
