Undergraduate Application for Graduation



Completing an application for graduation is a requirement for graduation. Every undergraduate student MUST complete an application for graduation in order to graduate. Undergraduate students who will complete degree requirements within 1 calendar year and who have at least 78 hours of earned credit for a baccalaureate degree or 32 hours of earned credit for an associate degree should apply now. It is the student's responsibility to apply to graduate and/or update his/her intended graduation date.

We encourage undergraduate students who meet the above criteria to apply for graduation online by Friday, March 15, 2013 to ensure sufficient time in preparing information for the commencement program.

Undergraduate students who wish to be considered for graduation in Spring or Summer 2013 MUST apply to graduate by Friday, March 15, 2013 to have their names featured in the commencement program and to be considered for University Honors.

The deadline to apply for graduation for the Spring 2013 term is Friday, May 3, 2013 by 4:30 p.m. This is the last day to apply for graduation to be considered for Spring 2013 graduation. Summer 2013 graduates have until Thursday, August 8, 2013 to apply for Summer 2013 graduation.

Directions to apply or update graduation date online

  1. Go to the MyISU homepage
  2. Log onto the MyISU Cloud
  3. Click on the MyISU badge (icon)
  4. Click on the Student tab
  5. Select the 'Apply for Graduation - Undergraduates Only' option under the MyISU Quick Links
