Deadlines, Refund and Grading Policies Fall 2011

LATE REGISTRATION

The last day to late register is August 30, 2011. Instructor's signature is required only if the class is full.

 A $30 late registration fee will be assessed if you process an initial registration August 24, 2011, through August 30, 2011.  Late registration after August 30, 2011, will only be considered if there are extenuating circumstances and you have permission of the instructor, advisor, and academic dean.  You will be charged a $100 late registration fee if you process an initial registration on or after August 31, 2011.

DROP/ADD

You will be charged a $10 drop/add fee for each completed transaction resulting in a schedule change from July 22, 2011, through August 30, 2011.  A $30 drop/add fee will be charged for each transaction resulting in a schedule change beginning August 31, 2011.  Refunds will be given according to the refund schedule on this page.

The last day to add classes is August 30, 2011. 

Classes may be dropped from your schedule without signatures through November 1, 2011.  Refunds will be given according to the schedule on this page.  If you are dropping all your classes, you must follow the withdrawal instructions listed here.

DP - Dropped Passing

DF - Dropped Failing
WP - Withdrew Passing
WF - Withdrew Failing

 WITHDRAWALS

If dropping all classes, you must withdraw for the semester.  To initiate the withdrawal process, contact:
