Enrollment Verification via the Web


Below is information regarding Enrollment Verification.

Effective August 20, you can print enrollment verification certifications, view your enrollment history from Fall 2006 forward and enrollment verifications provided at your request, check loan deferments sent to your lenders, and link to real-time information on your student loans. This service is provided through the National Student Clearinghouse, a non-profit organization serving the higher education community.

Simply log on to MyISU portal using your Sycamore login and password, then click on the All Users tab. In the upper left-hand corner you will see the 'Registration and Records Quick Links Click on the Enrollment Verification link and it will take you directly to the Enrollment Verification site on the Student Services and Financial Aid Tab.


In the left-hand column of the page, on the "Registration and Records Quick Links" portal channel, you will see the link to the Enrollment Verification website. Click on the link, and you will be able to obtain the following services:

  • Print enrollment verification certificates to send to health insurers, housing providers or other organizations requiring proof of your enrollment
  • Check the deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to your lenders
  • Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real-time loan information
  • View your enrollment history
  • View enrollment verifications provided to student service providers at your request
