Undergraduate Application for Graduation:
Completing an undergraduate application for graduation
is a requirement for graduation.
Every undergraduate student
MUST complete
an undergraduate application for graduation in order to
graduate.
Undergraduate students who will complete degree
requirements within 1 calendar year and have at least 78
hours of earned credit for a baccalaureate degree or 32
hours of earned credit for an associate degree should
apply now.
In addition, it is the student’s responsibility to
update their intended graduation date, when needed.
We are encouraging undergraduate students who
meet the above criteria to apply for graduation online
by Friday,
March 11, 2011 to ensure sufficient time in
preparing information for the academic deans and the
commencement program.
Undergraduate students who wish to be considered for
graduation in May or August 2011 MUST apply
to graduate by
Monday, March 28, 2011 to have their names
featured in the May commencement program and to be
considered for University Honors for the commencement
ceremony
The
deadline to apply for graduation for the Spring 2011 term
is May 6, 2011 by 4:30 p.m.
This is the absolute last day to apply for
graduation to be considered for Spring 2011 graduation.
Effective I Summer 2007:
As a part of the requirements for the
undergraduate degree, all undergraduate degree-seeking
students must complete any outstanding "IN" grades
assigned in undergraduate courses from I Summer 2007 to
the present.
