Who can Use the Clinic?

Anyone may be screened by a clinician, however to treat and bill insurance, a prescription or referral is needed from a physician or physician’s office. We accept most insurances as well as those who do not have insurance.  If you are unsure, please call and we can discuss your situation and schedule an injury screen or full evaluation.
