Who can Use the Clinic?

Anyone may have an evaluation by a clinician, however to treat and bill insurance, a prescription or referral is needed from a physician or physician’s office. We accept most insurances as well as those who do not have insurance.  If you are unsure, please call and we can discuss your situation and set you up with an injury screen or full evaluation.

All services at ISU Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic are available without discrimination to all program participants regardless of race, color, national origin, handicap, or age.
