Ryves Hall Youth Center
Ryves Hall Youth Center is part of Catholic Charities of Terre
Haute and services local children. The Staff at Ryves indicated to the LLC team assigned to them that many of the
children were interested in theater. So for their Community Partner Project the team decided to hold a drama workshop.
The program was divided into three parts and the children moved from station to station throughout the program:
Acting, Costumes, and Improv.
The students played charades, made masks and played several improve games.
The students had a great time. LLC members were able to apply leadership skills they have
learned, they learned more about their individual leadership styles, they learned the
importance of team work and they had fun.
