LLCThe Leadership Learning Community (LLC) is a great opportunity to develop or enhance your leadership skills all while residing with other students with others who have similar goals. If you are interested in applying for the LLC you will need to complete and submit this application. Only applications from admitted ISU students with a current housing contract on fill will be reviewed. If you need to complete a housing application please go to the Residential Life web page to do so. Once received your LLC application will be reviewed, applicants will be notified by e-mail of their status. Members of the LLC are required to reside together in a living learning community in Erickson Hall. LLC member are assigned their room at the discretion of the Program Director.  For full consideration, applications must be received by May 11, 2014.  Applications received after that point will be placed on a waiting list for consideration.

Application Agreement (Step 13 of 13)

By submitting this Leadership Learning Community (LLC) application you are agreeing to the following

  1. If selected, you agree to participate in the LLC for the next academic year.
  2. If selected, you agree to live on one of the LLC floors in Sandison Hall (unless noted differently on this application).
  3. If selected, you understand that you may be asked to leave the LLC and Sandison Hall at anytime if you fail to meet the LLC expectations which include but are not limited to: being in good conduct standings with ISU, attending LLC weekly sessions, participation in LLC activities and being a good role model.
  4. You give permission for Indiana State University to release pertinent information requested by Residential Life. You understand that your grades and conduct records will be checked during the application process and if selected, at anytime during your participation in the Leadership Learning Community (LLC).
  5. If selected, you agree to pay to have an ISU background check done (under $30.00). This is required to work with children at some of the LLC volunteer sites. You also agree to sign a release form so that the LLC advisors can see the background results and provide copies of the results to the needed local organizations.
