Residence Hall Association

"Where Leadership Meets Fun"

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student organization that serves and represents students that live within the residence halls. All students living in the residence halls are members of RHA, making us the second largest student organization on campus.

Our mission:

Our mission as Indiana State University’s Residence Hall Association is to provide activities and opportunities for leadership development for the residents of the campus community.

The Residence Hall Association aims to strengthen Indiana State University by recognizing and encouraging leadership potential while serving as a voice for the needs of the residents.

Get Involved!

RHA General Council: RHA General Council meets once a week on Wednesdays at 5 pm in the Cromwell Mezzanine. By attending General Council you can stay up to speed on everything that is going on around campus and within your building.

L.E.A.F Committees: Additionally, every residence hall is home to a branch of RHA called a L.E.A.F committee. Students who serve on their L.E.A.F committees are responsible for putting on programs within their residence halls. Elections for L.E.A.F executive positions are held in the Fall, but it's never too late to get involved. You can find more information about L.E.A.F here, and you can ask any staff member in your hall for more information about your specific L.E.A.F committee.
