RHA Programming

RHA provides a variety of programs to the campus residence hall population. These programs include: Linen Program, Loft Program, Welcome Kits, Box City, Hanging of the Blue, Homecoming, Finals Kits, Community Service, Appreciation Week, and Spring Week to name a few. These events are open to all students who live on the ISU campus.

Hanging of the Blue

A contest that occurs during Homecoming Week each fall. Hall Councils/Area Congress are encouraged to decorate their residence hall lobbies in support of the Sycamore football team. (Click here to read an article from Hanging of the Blue in 2008)

Staff Appreciation Week

Each spring RHA takes the opportunity to recognize and appreciate all employees of the Residential Life Office (student workers, residence hall staff, secretaries, housekeepers, janitors, maintenance personal and the central office staff).
   

Spring Week

A week of activities each spring organized by a student committee under the supervision of the Student Activities and Organizations Office.  RHA takes part in these activities each year. Click here to see pictures from RHA's participation in the 2009 Spring Week Tandem Race.
