ISU Fest
On the day before classes begin each fall, from 7-10pm, we host a spirited event called 'ISU Fest' at Wolf Field where students interact with student leaders and athletes.
The idea is to promote ISU spirit with a side goal of exposing unaffiliated students to fraternities and sororities. Sponsors are brought in who give away freebies and an array of promotional items and prizes. A local radio station provides music and concert tickets, and students competed in free-throw contests. Intercollegiate Athletics co-sponsors the event and this is a good way for student athletes to make a connection with the rest of the student body.
