Accepting (or Declining) Your ISU Scholarship

 

The following instructions apply to ISU undergraduate scholarships. For ISU graduate scholarships, contact the academic unit offering the scholarship.

Instructions

IMPORTANT:  Prior to accepting your Indiana State University scholarship, it is necessary that you read the rules and regulations pertaining to the scholarship you are accepting.

Your scholarship may be accepted (or declined) by one of three methods:

  • Mail:  A scholarship may be accepted or declined by signing the offer letter on the appropriate line and returning it to the University Scholarship Office using the enclosed return envelope. If there is no return envelope available, the acceptance/decline form should be mailed to:

  • Email:  A scholarship may be accepted or declined by emailing scholarships@indstate.edu The email must include the student's full name, Student ID (SID) number, and the name of the scholarship(s), and state whether the scholarship is being accepted or declined.
     
  • Telephone:   A scholarship may be accepted or declined by calling the University Scholarship Office at 1-800-468-6478 (1-800-GO-TO-ISU). If it is necessary to leave a message, please include your full name (spelled out), Student ID (SID) number, the name of the scholarship(s), and state whether the scholarship is being accepted or declined.
