The Sycamore Technology Academics and Recruitment Scholarship (STARS) is a competitive award funded by the National Science Foundation for academically talented, but financially disadvantaged students majoring in Computer Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology. For consideration for this award, candidates must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale and at least $5,000 in financial need.
