In accordance with the Laptop Award Rules and Regulations, the student is obligated to return the awarded laptop to Indiana State University within two weeks if the student has withdrawn during the 100% refund period.

Laptop Award Return Procedures

Indiana State University Laptop Awards being shipped to the University or returned in person must meet the following criteria in order for the student's financial responsibility to be met:

• Passwords must be removed prior to return.
• The laptop must be returned in acceptable condition both inside and outside.
• The laptop must be returned in good working order.
• The laptop must be returned with its Memory intact.
• The laptop must be returned with its Hard Drive.
• The laptop must be returned with a working CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive.
• The laptop must be returned with its AC Adapter.
• All Model and Serial numbers must match with those issued to the student.

Should any of the above conditions not be met, the laptop return will not be considered complete.

Laptop Return

1. A laptop may be returned by bringing it to:
   
   Admissions Welcome Center, 318 N. 6th Street
   Monday – Friday, 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:30
    
2. A laptop returned by mail must include the student's full name and ISU Student ID (SID) number and shipped to:
   
   Indiana State University
   University Scholarship Office
   318 N. 6th Street
   Terre Haute, IN 47809

Indiana State University accepts no responsibility for laptops damaged or lost during shipping. It is suggested that computers being shipped are insured.
