For consideration, candidates must reside outside Indiana and not qualify for a reduced tuition rate offered through the Illinois Student Scholarship or Midwest Consortium Scholarship. In addition, candidates must have a minimum 40 earned credits (or three semesters of full-time enrollment) with a minimum 2.75 cumulative grade point average. The application for admission serves as the scholarship application; no additional application is required. Deadline: To be eligible, students must be admitted to ISU by June 1 for fall semester.
