Distance Education Delivery Fee Waiver

The recommendation submitted by Staff Council to waive distance delivery education fees is approved, effective with the fall 2021semester. Current Staff Fee Waiver policy allows for up to 9 hours per semester of reduced tuition for employees. As on-line offerings have grown, the University recognizes many staff are now opting to take advantage of on-line course work. Therefore, the Staff Fee Waiver will be extended to waive the distance education delivery fees up to 9 hours per semester for both undergraduate and graduate level courses. Any distance courses taken above the 9 hours per semester would be at full cost to the employee.

Resources on Social Justice

Indiana State University has a long history of diversity, but we must not be content by simply being a diverse campus. We need understanding, empathy, acceptance, and active inclusion.  These virtues tend to grow as education takes root and as we pursue systemic change. We have shared resources on social justice to increase access toward anti-racism education. We encourage ISU employees, individually and collectively, to review these resources and engage in deeper learning.
